About the Role We’re looking for an Advice Team Leader to guide and develop a high‑performing Advice team. In this role, you’ll lead operational performance, ensure the delivery of quality and compliant advice, build strong internal referral relationships, and support the continuous uplift of adviser skills, processes, and systems. What You’ll Do Lead and manage Adviser performance to meet productivity, quality, and business targets. Oversee workflow, SLA management, and Statement of Advice (SOA) delivery standards. Drive strong internal referral partnerships through reporting, stakeholder meetings, and relationship management. Support the rollout of system improvements, process enhancements, culture initiatives, and client project delivery. Oversee onboarding, capability development, monthly catch‑ups, and team meetings. Support call monitoring, audits, escalations, and complaint investigations to meet AFSL requirements. Assist with diary optimisation, team resourcing, and occasional client appointment coverage. Contribute to strategic change initiatives and support the overall operational direction of the Advice business. What You’ll Bring Strong leadership capability with excellent communication and influencing skills. Effective time management and confident decision‑making. Adaptability and the ability to guide teams through organisational and strategic change. High emotional intelligence with a human‑centred leadership style. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Xplan and Aaspire systems. Solid technical knowledge of superannuation and personal advice. Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) / RG146, or working toward FASEA requirements (or Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning). Relevant tertiary qualifications in financial planning, economics, business, finance, or accounting (desirable). Listed on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register.
