A leading national NFP organisation is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join its People & Culture team. This role is ideal for an ER professional who enjoys complex work, values meaningful impact, and is ready to relocate to South Australia with full support. The Opportunity You’ll provide practical, timely employee relations advice to leaders and HR colleagues, supporting case management, enterprise bargaining, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands‑on role in a values‑driven environment where your expertise will directly shape workplace culture and organisational capability. What You’ll Do Advise on employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, grievances, and investigations Interpret Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, NES, and employment legislation Support enterprise bargaining through research, documentation, and communication Assist with Fair Work matters such as unfair dismissal and general protections claims Monitor compliance and support remediation activities Contribute to policy development, ER projects, and leader capability building What You Bring Experience in employee or industrial relations within a complex organisation Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial instruments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgement Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills Tertiary qualification in law, industrial relations, or a related field Why Apply?
