We are currently looking for an experienced Leadership Development Program Facilitator to be a part of our journey About the role Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you’ll take ownership of SkyCity’s Level Up Leadership Development Program. You’ll design and deliver bespoke training and coaching experiences that empower leaders across the organisation. This role is instrumental in building leadership capability and fostering a culture of continuous development. You’ll work closely with a creative, forward-thinking team of L&D professionals who challenge the status quo and bring fresh thinking to what it means to lead change at SkyCity. In your day‑to‑day, you will deliver engaging, high‑impact training sessions, provide ongoing coaching support, and contribute to evolving our leadership development framework into something truly exceptional. About you You will bring a strong mix of facilitation expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for developing others. Specifically, you’ll have: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment At least four years’ experience facilitating face‑to‑face and blended leadership programs Experience leading teams and confidence facilitating across all leadership levels A solid understanding of instructional design principles (preferred) Previous coaching or mentoring experience You’ll also be someone who demonstrates: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills A warm, approachable style with the ability to build rapport across all levels Strong prioritisation skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused attitude Discretion, sound judgement, and the ability to maintain confidentiality Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced environment What's in it for you?
