About You: You are a collaborative, motivated and reflective leader who is deeply committed to high quality early childhood education who brings. A strong commitment to children’s rights, evidence-based practice and quality outcomes. The ability to work in genuine partnership with children, families and colleagues. A proactive, professional and curious approach to leadership. Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, National Quality Standards (NQS) and Child Safe Standards. Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a broader leadership team. Key Role Requirements: Provide operational leadership and service management guidance across Early Learning services. Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to support organisational goals. Lead, motivate and inspire teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management. Ensure all services meet or exceed regulatory requirements and National Quality Standards.
