As the AO7 Leasing Manager within EDQ's Industrial Development team, you'll manage a significant portfolio of industrial, commercial and community property assets while supporting future focused development and land acquisition initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate leasing strategies, oversee complex negotiations, manage lease compliance, deliver financial and performance reporting, and support sales and leasing campaigns across major industrial estates. You'll also lead the Land Act lease conversion program and provide authoritative advice on valuation, tenure, and asset management matters.
