Our energetic teams are passionate, collaborative, and committed to delivering an exceptional experience for both our clients and each other. You will be looking after a very well managed portfolio, with an immense amount of support on offer from your Team Leader and offshore team. The successful candidate will have a background in Property Management with proven experience in running a solution focused end to end portfolio. You’ll provide 6 star service to a growing rent roll, be forward thinking, ambitious and excited to contribute to the Place brand! The Role: Your typical day will include, but is not limited to, the following: Portfolio management - assist in maximising landlords assets Ongoing management of maintenance & repairs utilising our dedicated PM software Property Me and Airtable.
