NEP Australia is currently looking for a Program Manager to join our team at the Andrew’s HUB in Southbank! The position The Program Manager – TFC will oversee and coordinate a portfolio of projects and initiatives that deliver new projects, efficiency, and service excellence across NEP’s production ecosystem. This role requires a strong blend of strategic program leadership, and stakeholder management to ensure alignment between engineering, operations, and client delivery. Key Responsibilities But Not Limited To Program Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major TFC programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with engineering, broadcast operations, IT, and client-facing teams to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional communication. Governance & Reporting: Develop program dashboards, track KPIs, and report on milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership. Change Management: Drive organizational readiness for new systems, tools, or workflows introduced by the TFC team, ensuring adoption and training across departments. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process efficiencies in project delivery, communication flow, and resource management within the TFC portfolio. Required Skills And Attributes 5 years of experience managing large-scale programs or multi-project portfolios, preferably within broadcast, media, or live production industries. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and client environments. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working in a matrixed or global organization is advantageous.
