Data Migration Lead - SAP S/4HANA 9-Month Contract | Brisbane | Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to play a pivotal role in a major SAP S/4HANA transformation project. This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end data migration activities for a complex financial management system, collaborating with stakeholders across all levels. Key Responsibilities Partner with the SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to deliver data migration objectives. Analyse financial transactions and provide advice to Executive stakeholders. Elicit, clarify, and formalise data migration requirements with stakeholders. Design and develop data migration plans, extracts, and transformation specifications. Lead reconciliation activities, defect identification, and resolution. Coordinate migration trials and business cutover into production. Foster a professional, accountable, and collaborative team culture. Participate in after-hours or on-call activities during critical project stages. About You Proven experience leading data migrations for financial systems. Experience with complex systems analysis, testing, and production cutovers. Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills. High-level communication, consultation, and negotiation skills. Ability to identify process improvements and support business efficiencies. Highly Regarded CPA, CAANZ, or other professional accountancy qualification. SAP or other finance system implementations/upgrades. Exposure to system development projects, reconciliations, and reporting. Knowledge of internal controls and audit requirements.
