Office located in Derrimut | Join a busy environment with variety in your role Attractive hourly rate | Join a leading national business Commence ASAP | Initial 3 month role with long term potential Position Description Reporting to the Credit Manager and working in a close knit finance team, the role will include but not be limited to: Manage a debtors ledger of national accounts Daily reconciliation of the accounts Reminders and follow up of overdue accounts as required Providing high level of customer support to varying internal and external stakeholders Handle and assess credit applications Allocation and receipting of payments Review and set up new accounts and customers, including the completion of credit checks Collaboratively participate in strategic planning and continued process improvement Ad hoc tasks as required Ideal Candidate The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer role, as well as the following attributes: Demonstrated ability to confidently work autonomously as well collaboratively in a team environment High level time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders High level numeracy and reconciliation skills Ability to thrive in a high volume and fast paced environment The Organisation Our client is a well-established business with almost 50 years of expertise in their field, Australia wide.
