We are partnering with a fast-growing property-focused brand to appoint a YouTube & Property Content Lead who will take full ownership of long-form content strategy, production and channel growth. This is not a junior content role. It’s a strategic media position for someone who understands property markets, respects data, and knows how to build authority through high-quality digital content. If you have real experience producing YouTube or podcast content — and a genuine interest in property economics — this opportunity offers autonomy, influence and commercial impact. The Role You will lead the end-to-end delivery of YouTube and podcast content, including: Full Content Ownership Researching property markets, economic data and emerging trends Developing structured, high-quality scripts (leveraging AI tools where appropriate) Overseeing recording and production workflow Editing long-form YouTube content to a professional standard Publishing, optimising and managing channel performance You will be responsible for driving YouTube growth — not just contributing to it. Video Production & Optimisation Advanced video editing capability (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or equivalent) Strong understanding of retention, pacing and audience psychology Ability to create or integrate infographics and data visualisations Thumbnail, title and metadata optimisation Repurposing long-form into Shorts and additional social assets Data-Driven Content Development Analysing property and economic data to inform narrative Translating complex research into accessible, compelling content Studying high-performing property and finance channels Applying insights to improve engagement and channel performance Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking someone who: Has proven experience producing YouTube videos and/or podcasts Has hands-on editing experience (not outsourced oversight) Understands how YouTube growth actually works Has exposure beyond graduate level — with demonstrated outcomes Is genuinely interested in property, markets and economic cycles Can operate independently and deliver at pace A background in property, finance, economics or related sectors will be highly regarded.
