Main Duties and Responsibilities 1. Engineering Analysis & Application Apply engineering principles and technical knowledge to support the development and improvement of residential and commercial energy storage systems, including inverters, battery packs and safety components. Analyse existing technologies and propose modifications to enhance product performance, safety and energy efficiency. 2. Testing & Implementation Conduct engineering testing and validation of product reliability, thermal performance and functional safety. Implement technical solutions into projects and production processes, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements. 3. Process & Technical Support Assist in the design and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure cost-effective and scalable production. Provide technical support for project implementation, customer applications and field operations. 4. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and maintain technical documentation, engineering reports and process flow charts in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. Ensure all products and systems meet relevant Australian and international standards for quality, safety and environmental compliance. 5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with R&D, production and quality teams to translate engineering solutions into practical applications. Participate in continuous improvement projects, including cost reduction, technology upgrades and process innovation. Liaise with suppliers and clients on technical specifications to ensure smooth communication and resolution of engineering issues.
