Lead ANZ supply chain transformation and logistics projects Hands-on leadership across supply chain, procurement and planning Drive operational improvement with 3PL and logistics partners SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSFORMATION MANAGER – ANZ THE OPPORTUNITY A well-established international distribution business is seeking a Supply Chain Transformation Manager to lead operational improvement initiatives across its Australia and New Zealand operations. This is a hands-on leadership role combining supply chain management with the delivery of key transformation projects, including logistics optimisation, warehouse consolidation and supply chain process improvement. You will lead a small team while working closely with senior leadership to strengthen supply chain capability across the region. Key Responsibilities Lead supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand Manage a team across supply chain, procurement and demand planning Oversee relationships with 3PL providers, freight partners and customs brokers Lead key projects including warehouse consolidation and logistics RFP processes Drive improvements across S&OP, inventory optimisation and supply chain efficiency Analyse operational data and KPIs to support decision-making Support operational change including new supplier partnerships and business growth initiatives ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role you will bring: Strong experience in supply chain operations or logistics management Exposure to procurement and demand planning functions Experience managing 3PL providers and logistics partners A practical and hands-on approach to leadership and problem solving Strong stakeholder engagement and organisational skills Experience within chemicals, distribution, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics or related sectors will be highly regarded.
