About the role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our internal Recruitment Team as part of the wider People function. Working in a hybrid model from our Melbourne CBD office and from home, you will support our business during a key period of transformation as we focus on working smarter and enhancing our talent offering. You will partner with hiring managers across our legal and shared services teams nationally, delivering end-to-end recruitment and contributing to key projects including graduate intake, employer brand, sourcing strategy and candidate experience. Key responsibilities End-to-end recruitment Take clear and consultative job briefs from hiring managers. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from approval to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Work across a range of roles in our Legal and Shared Services teams nationally. Candidate attraction and sourcing Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels. Build, maintain and update talent pipelines for current and future needs. Review and shortlist applications and complete initial phone screening where required. Stakeholder partnership Provide timely, professional advice to hiring managers on recruitment processes and market conditions. Set expectations and keep stakeholders informed throughout each recruitment process. Support hiring managers to make fair, evidence-based selection decisions. Brand and projects Maintain and update our external recruitment branding, including careers page and job ads. Work with third-party providers and the wider team to create engaging employer brand content. Contribute to recruitment projects such as graduate programs, sourcing strategy, process improvement and online recruitment materials. About you You may currently be working in an agency or internal recruitment role, or as a resourcing consultant or candidate manager, and looking to broaden your experience in an internal talent team. You will bring: Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing, ideally with end-to-end responsibility. Proven ability to deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders and candidates. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels. A genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Strong technical skills and experience using recruitment systems and platforms (for example, an ATS, HRIS and LinkedIn Recruiter). The ability to build rapport with people at all levels in a friendly and professional way. Initiative and a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes.
