05th March, 2026 Job Title: Paid Performance Manager Location: Sydney We are seeking a commercially driven Paid Performance Manager to lead and scale the paid digital ecosystem across Meta, Google and TikTok. Reporting to the CMO, this is a high-impact role for a data-led growth specialist who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and is passionate about driving measurable eCommerce growth. Responsibilities Own and optimise paid media budgets to maximise ROAS, customer acquisition and revenue growth. Develop and execute full-funnel paid strategies, including campaign planning, audience segmentation and bid management. Analyse site traffic and customer behaviour using Google Analytics and internal dashboards to improve conversion and customer journey performance. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting across key metrics including CAC, MER, ROAS and LTV, translating insights into actionable improvements. Align paid activity with product launches, promotions and key trading periods to support wider commercial objectives. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within retail or eCommerce. Strong analytical capability with experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Analytics. Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics, attribution and performance reporting. Proven track record of delivering against sales targets and driving online growth. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience. Bonus: familiarity with HTML/CSS for email, SMS platforms, loyalty programmes or push notifications.
