The Asset and Facilities Coordinator operate within the Corporate Services team which is vital to the smooth operation of all AFSS services. The role is responsible for the effective coordination of the organisation's fleet, facilities and assets across all AFSS locations, including vehicles, equipment, and properties are appropriately registered, maintained, and compliant with organisational policies and regulatory requirements. If you enjoy spending time out of the office occasionally, building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, this will be the perfect role for you. Who we are looking for: Experience with the coordination of fleet and assets Strategic mindset to map and identify gaps in assets and facility processes and be able to effectively implement improvements Ability to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders to build and maintain relationships Experience in similar roles or working for Not for Profit organisations will be highly regarded Somone who is enthusiastic that, is not shy to develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders To be successful you will need: South Australian Drivers Licence Safe Environment for Children and Young People (Through Their Eyes) Working With Children Check (WWCC) National Police Clearance Don't have a WWCC?
