About the job The Partnership Manager plays a crucial role in developing and delivering paid media opportunities that elevate the client's market presence. This role is fundamentally about identifying, shaping, and optimising paid media solutions — from premium placements to creative media integrations — that support the client's growth trajectory. Identify premium placements, new formats, innovative channels, or commercial value opportunities that support the client's growth. Apply audience, platform, and category insights to build compelling paid media concepts. Shape tailored media owner proposals that match the client's needs for agility, impact, speed, and value. Manage paid media initiatives end‑to‑end: scoping, timelines, approvals, asset delivery, tracking, and campaign wrap. Negotiate rates, inventory, value, and deliverables with a focus on maximising ROI. Coordinate performance tracking and reporting for opportunity‑based executions. Provide clear optimisation recommendations aligned to the client's growth and investment priorities. Who you are Experience in media, investment, commercial solutions, or integrated media roles. Strong understanding of the Australian paid media landscape across digital, BVOD, social, audio, OOH, and sponsorship integrations. Proven ability to develop paid media solutions responsive to client objectives. Strong commercial acumen and confident negotiation capability. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
