The opportunity We’re looking for an Employer Partnership Manager to join our Marketing & Growth team in Sydney, reporting to the Regional Manager, Employer Partnerships – Northern. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong, influential relationships across an assigned portfolio of employers. You’ll act as a trusted partner, enhancing the UniSuper brand, identifying growth opportunities and delivering value‑adding services that meet employer and member needs. This is a relationship‑driven role where your ability to engage, influence and drive outcomes will play a key role in growing employer partnerships and member loyalty. About you You’re a commercially minded relationship manager who enjoys working with stakeholders and driving meaningful outcomes. You bring: Experience building and maintaining critical relationships in a commercial environment, ideally within superannuation or financial services Strong business development capability and a customer‑centric approach Understanding of defined benefit and accumulation superannuation (desirable) RG 146 compliance with relevant tertiary qualification and/or industry experience Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust Strong analytical, reporting and CRM capability High levels of organisation, integrity, initiative and accountability You’re comfortable working autonomously, managing multiple priorities, and representing the UniSuper brand with professionalism and credibility.
