About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'. The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is the first level of the Victorian court system and is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria. The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 locations, equating to approximately 90 percent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year. About the Role The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is seeking a highly organised and motivated Project & Program Support Officer to support the delivery of key initiatives within the Drug Court program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Drug Court, this role will work closely with the Courts Practice and Service Division, Judiciary, and Drug Court Operations Managers to support the effective delivery of MCV Drug Court projects. Key responsibilities include: Providing high‑quality administrative support to the Drug Court program, including preparing briefs and reports, and assisting with local procurement, contract administration, and invoice management in accordance with relevant CSV policies and procedures. Coordinating the collection, maintenance, and reporting of project data, and preparing documentation to support project monitoring, evaluation, and governance. This is a collaborative, dynamic role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting therapeutic jurisprudence and evidence‑based practice. About You You will build effective stakeholder relationships, apply sound judgement, and help ensure programs deliver high‑quality, compliant and client‑focused outcomes.
