As a Director or Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering the analytical rigour, market intelligence and strategic insights that underpin successful transactions. Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead detailed financial modelling including DCF, sensitivity analysis and investment underwriting Prepare high-quality marketing and investor materials (IMs, pitch decks, teasers and campaign collateral) Analyze market trends, comparable evidence and asset data to inform pricing and positioning strategy Manage due diligence processes, data rooms and investor information requests Maintain integrity of property, transaction and investor databases Support client engagement through tailored presentations and market insights Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless campaign execution About You Degree qualified in Property, Finance, Economics, Business or similar 3-5 years’ experience in commercial real estate, investment banking or institutional investing Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling capability (commercial property focus) Experience using Forbury (or similar property cashflow modelling platforms) highly regarded Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset Exposure to valuations or industrial property highly regarded Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?
