Warehouse and Sales Support (WA)– Electrical & Industrial Products Location: Canning Vale, WA | Full-Time Phoenix EMS is a leading Australian manufacturer of electrical, lighting, enclosure, and turnkey industrial solutions, servicing resources, energy, utilities, renewables, and critical infrastructure projects nationwide. Key Responsibilities: · Performing and coordinating daily warehouse activities (receiving, dispatch, stock transfers) · Ensuring and maintaining WHSEQ standards (in accordance with PEMS policies and procedures) for warehouse, visiting contractors, site staff · Periodic stocktakes, cycle counts and management of stock min/max levels · Coordinating stock transfers and movements (between branches) · Assisting Internal and WA Sales team with widget-based quotations as required About You: · Forklift License (Essential) · Experience with previous warehousing roles – stock management and dispatch/receival processes · Well organised, punctual, detail-oriented · Commitment to WHSEQ processes and procedures · Strong communication skills and experience in customer-facing/sales roles (preferred) · Proficiency with Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP Systems (MYOB) (preferred) What’s on Offer: · Full-time, stable role with an Australian manufacturer · Monday–Friday hours (8am–4pm) · Long-term career development opportunities Core Company Values: We pride ourselves on our values: Integrity , Honesty & Openness , Teamwork , Customer Satisfaction , Continuous Improvement , Employee Contribution , and Community Involvement .
