Classique Kitchens and Robes are currently seeking a Qualified 2Pac Painter to join our professional and friendly team. Due to the ongoing success in both commercial and domestic markets, we are once again looking at further extending our team. This position is available for an immediate start and experience with 2Pac paint is essential. The position requires you to be a focused, hard working and an enthusiastic individual who can effectively follow the lead of our highly skilled and qualified Head Painter. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality painting and polishing of joinery components, including preparation, application and finishing. Maintain consistency and attention to detail in all finishing processes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff in finishing techniques and workshop procedures. Collaborate with other workshop departments to ensure seamless workflow and project delivery. Contribute to production planning and help identify improvements to process and productivity Ensure minimal waste of materials and time through efficient practices Support the development and implementation of quality control and WHS systems. Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, flexibility to work required occasional overtime and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment is essential to be part of the Classique team. A current Driver License is preferred, however not essential for this role and references will be highly considered through the employment process.
