Duties: Surface preparation including abrasive blasting Application of industrial and protective coatings Reading and interpreting coating specifications Performing visual inspections and thickness checks during coating works Rectifying coating defects Supervising painting and blasting personnel Ensuring WHS compliance Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial painting Experience with multi-layer protective coating systems Strong knowledge of safety procedures Trade-based experience in surface preparation and coating application Full-time position, 38 hours per week.
