Winslow Education, a new and fast-growing business supplying art and craft resources to schools, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations in our South Windsor distribution facility. This is a rare opportunity to shape the warehouse function from the ground up in a growing business with experienced leadership. About the Role As Warehouse Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of all warehouse activities, from goods-in to dispatch. A key focus will be managing, training, and motivating warehouse staff to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You’ll balance hands-on involvement with building a high-performing team, introducing best-practice systems, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve team and business goals Manage inbound and outbound logistics, stock control, and order fulfilment Ensure WHS compliance and foster a culture of safety and accountability Maintain accuracy of inventory systems and reporting Drive efficiency, space utilisation, and process improvements About You Proven experience managing warehouse teams in a fast-moving environment Strong leadership and people management skills, with a hands-on approach Excellent knowledge of inventory, logistics, and fulfilment systems Forklift licence preferred Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with high SKU volumes Commitment to WHS standards and continuous improvement Why This Role?
