About the role We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Dispatch Pick Packer to join our busy logistics team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in accuracy, safety, and efficiency. As a Dispatch Pick Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring goods are accurately prepared, packed, and loaded for dispatch. Working closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors, you will help maintain smooth and efficient dispatch operations while upholding safety and quality standards. This is a Fulltime role, Monday to Friday starting approx. 7am to 3pm Key Responsibilities · Safely load and unload goods onto and off vehicles in line with delivery schedules · Verify goods against dispatch orders to ensure accuracy prior to loading · Pack, weigh, and label customer orders in accordance with picking slips · Operate forklifts and other equipment (where licensed) · Complete and maintain required documentation, including load manifests and checklists · Report any discrepancies, damages, or maintenance issues promptly · Conduct equipment inspections prior to use · Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free dispatch area · Adhere to all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures · Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and supervisors Assist with additional duties as required by the Dispatch Supervisor or Logistics Manager About You · Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment (preferred) · Forklift licence · Strong attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment · Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude · Commitment to workplace safety · Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks If you are dependable, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a high-performing dispatch team, we would love to hear from you.
