Our ideal candidate will have: Experience in employee lifecycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, probations, employee changes and terminations. The ability to deliver timely and accurate administration of such processes ensuring accurate data entry via HRIS, tracking, record keeping, correspondence and reporting. Demonstrated experience in human resources administration and recruitment. Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively, face to face, by telephone and by written correspondence, with both internal and external customers and stakeholders. High level of computer literacy skills, including Microsoft products and HRIS systems including CHR21 and BRS. Demonstrated experience and competency in exercising sound judgement, initiative, high level of confidentiality, accuracy, attention to detail and sensitivity in the performance of such work.
