We have three main facilities in Cairns, Townsville and Mackay. About the role SSS Prosthetics and Orthotics is looking for a Full Time Junior Admin Officer. We are seeking someone who is highly motivated, keen to learn and work in a fast paced environment and has great attention to detail to join our team. In this role, you will be a part of a growing and successful team engaging in a number of administration activities and being the first point of contact within SSS in Cairns. Your duties will include but not limited to: You will be the face of our business and expected to be friendly and professional with patients and staff members General Administrative Duties Must adhere to SSS quality management, health and safety systems and policies Managing incoming calls and enquiries Meet and greet patients in clinic Allocating appointments for new and existing referrals Managing patient records Scheduling bookings Billing Processing payment General office admin Skills and experience The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: Thrive in a busy work environment, can multi-task, and have a desire to succeed Have a friendly demeanour with a positive and mature attitude Be polite and patient-focused Enthusiastic, courteous and conscientious Excellent organisational and communication skills Excellent customer service and phone manner Deliver a high standard of client service Be well presented Use their initiative but be willing to seek help when they need it Xero and Cliniko experience are an advantage, but not essential.
