This position ensures learning content is accurate, accessible and aligned with Council standards, maintains reliable reporting data, and provides customer-focused support to stakeholders. It plays a key part in strengthening workforce capability, supporting organisation priorities, and contributing to a safe, outcome-focused, and value-adding culture. About You You’ll take the lead in shaping meaningful learning and development experiences by bringing strong facilitation capability, a customer-centric mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement. You are confident delivering structured learning to diverse workforce and adapting your approach to suit learner needs and group dynamics while ensuring engagement, relevance, and clarity. You are skilled in developing and maintaining accurate, consistent, and learner-centric resources, and you collaborate effectively with subject matter experts to ensure content is current and contextualised to a local government. Your communication style is professional, clear, and supportive, enabling you to build strong relationships with learners and stakeholders. You bring a sound understanding of adult learning principles and demonstrated experience in applying them in conjunction with contemporary instructional design practices and accessibility considerations.
