ob Title: Post-Harvest / Processing Technician Location: Hale Farm, 20 min outside Launceston Employment Type: Casual / Full-time Start Date: Immediate About the role Hale Farm is a licensed Tasmanian cultivator producing medical cannabis under Australian regulations . We’re looking for reliable, hands-on Post-Harvest / Processing Technicians to support our harvesting and processing team. This role is perfect for people who enjoy working with their hands, operating machines, and being part of a small, fast-paced team. Key responsibilities Operating rosin presses and other processing equipment Manual trimming of dried and cured cannabis flower Packing cannabis products into bags/containers Assisting with post-harvest processing, including weighing and labelling Keeping work areas clean and organised Following all site safety and compliance procedures About you Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive work Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Able to work independently and as part of a small team Experience in horticulture, lab work, or cannabis processing is a plus , but not essential Must have your own vehicle to commute What we offer Friendly, supportive team environment Training provided for all processing tasks Opportunity to work in a regulated, professional environment About Hale Farm Hale Farm is a Tasmanian team of growers, makers, and dreamers who love what we do.
