In this role, you’ll provide timely, customer‑focused Level 1 and 2 technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our systems, applications and end‑user devices across our business. We are ideally seeking applications from people with immediate availability to commence. Why This Role Matters As the first point of contact for technical support, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our people stay connected, productive and empowered through reliable technology and exceptional service. What You’ll Do Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware, software and applications; Diagnose, resolve and record incidents and requests in the ITSM system; Escalate complex issues to senior staff or vendors; Support onboarding/offboarding, including access and equipment setup; Maintain documentation, asset records and support procedures; Deliver quality customer service to all users; Contribute to service improvements and IT service maturity; and Meet Service Level Agreements and project task requirements. What You’ll Bring You will be customer‑focused, approachable and eager to support users across the business. Our ideal candidate will bring most of the following: Past experience in an IT Support / Service Desk role supporting Windows / Mac OS and Microsoft 365 suite; Relevant IT qualifications / certifications e.g. Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL 4 Foundation (desirable); Solid understanding of ITIL 4 fundamentals (incident, request & problem management); Experience with Active Directory and IT asset management tools; Exposure to enterprise or hybrid IT environments (essential); Excellent communication and customer service skills; Strong troubleshooting skills across devices, applications and peripherals; Experience with ITSM tools and endpoint management platforms; and Recent National Police Clearance (within 2 months).
