Community Services Manager Community Services 1 is seeking a Community Services Manager to contribute to meaningful care that enhances independence and wellbeing. With over 200 employees and volunteers, we deliver programs that address community needs and foster a sense of belonging. About the role: Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Community Services programs. Supervise, support, and develop a team of coordinators and frontline staff to deliver on strategic and contractual goals. About you: Relevant tertiary qualification Community Services, Project Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent extensive experience. Advanced understanding with service contracts, funding agreements, program budgets, and resource planning to ensure the efficient delivery. Hold a current unrestricted ACT Working with Vulnerable People card. Current Driver’s licence. What we offer: Competitive hourly rate of $55.72 – $58.19 plus superannuation and salary packaging.
