We’re recruiting a Roofing Supervisor for a role that suits an experienced roofing professional who enjoys leading people on-site, coordinating works, and ensuring insurance roofing jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to standard. You’ll be responsible for supervising crews, managing daily site activity, and acting as the key link between trades, the office, and clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate roofing crews and subcontractors Supervise roofing crews across insurance repair and replacement jobs Coordinate daily site operations, labour, and materials Ensure works are delivered to scope, quality, and insurer requirements Maintain WHS compliance and site safety standards Communicate with the office, suppliers, and clients as required Monitor job progress and report on timelines and issues Support productivity and performance across crews About You Proven experience as a Roofing Supervisor, Senior Roofer, or Leading Hand Strong knowledge of insurance roofing repairs and replacements Ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day site delivery Solid understanding of WHS and compliance requirements Clear communication skills and a professional approach on-site Ability to read plans and manage site logistics White Card (mandatory) Drivers Licence (mandatory) Working at Heights and EWP tickets (preferred) Strong communication and organisational skills You would reside in either the Gold Coast or Brisbane What We Offer Competitive salary vehicle phone Long-term, stable employment with a growing company
