We pride ourselves on: Attention to detail Professional systems Reliability Respectful team culture The Role As Cleaning Team Leader, you will: Lead and supervise a small team on-site Ensure all cleans meet Housekept quality standards Train and support new cleaners Conduct final walkthroughs before leaving properties Communicate with management about job progress Manage stock and supplies in your vehicle Occasionally liaise with clients if required You’ll be the person making sure the job is done right — every time What We’re Looking For Previous professional cleaning experience (required) Experience leading or supervising a team (preferred) Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and calmly under time pressure Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s licence Clear communication skills Pride in your work Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.95 – $42.25 per hour Expected hours: 38 per week Work Location: In person
