This is a Cleaning Site Supervisor role with Securecorp based in Figtree, NSW, AU Securecorp Role Seniority - mid level More about the Cleaning Site Supervisor role at Securecorp Brief Description Cleaning Site Supervisor – Figtree We are looking for a motivated and experienced Cleaning Site Supervisor to lead, manage, and coordinate cleaning services at one of our key retail sites in Figtree. This is a full-time opportunity to step into a rewarding leadership role within a supportive and growing organisation. Working closely with an experienced Business Manager, you will oversee service delivery, support your team, and ensure high standards are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily cleaning operations in line with contractual requirements Lead and manage staff to ensure coverage and meet service KPIs Train, coach, and mentor team members Monitor consumables and maintenance to improve cost effectiveness Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling requests and complaints Complete reports and meet documentation requirements Respond to general, periodical, preventative, and emergency cleaning needs Promote a safe, positive, and professional work environment Carry out related administrative duties Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years’ supervisory/management experience in the cleaning industry Proven ability to lead and support a dedicated, small team Strong understanding of service contracts and performance management Knowledge of cleaning practices, equipment, and machinery (desirable) Intermediate computer skills Sound knowledge of safe chemical use and workplace OHS requirements Valid driver’s licence Current police check (within 6 months) or willingness to obtain About Us Securecorp is a progressive, award-winning company providing premium security, cleaning, electronics, and monitoring services across Australia.
