Located in Nerang, nestled on a quiet street, our centre is recently renovated, offers spacious rooms and outdoor settings. We are currently growing and caring for approximately 20-30 tamariki (children) each day. Our philosophy focuses on fostering a sense of belonging by connecting with our culture. While qualifications and experience are important, we are looking for individuals who truly care and want to make a difference in children's lives. We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated carers to join our team in the following positions: Position 1 - ECT for Kindy (Pre School) as well as Education Leader $50-$60/hr NEG. Must have a Bachelors in Early Childcare Education; Good knowledge of Early Learning framework; Ability to lead and support other educators; Communicate well with other lead educators; 2-5 years of experience is preferred; Current first aid and Child Safety (Blue Card) certification are essential; A basic knowledge and understanding of Te Ao Māori would also be beneficial. Position 2 - Lead Educator for Pre Kindy class ages 2-3years. $30-$37/hr. Must have or be working towards a Degree or Diploma in Childcare Education; Minimum of 2 years experience is required for the Lead Educator position; Experience requirements may be flexible for exceptional candidates who demonstrate strong potential and commitment to childcare education; Ability to lead and support other educators; Current first aid and Child Safety (Blue Card) certification are essential; * A basic knowledge and understanding of Te Ao Māori would also be beneficial.
