About Us Little Souls Taking Big Steps is a not-for-profit Childcare and Early Intervention Centre located in Arundel. We provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children aged 2 years to school age, supporting both typically developing children and children with autism and other neurodiversities. With a capacity of 28 children per day, we pride ourselves on maintaining high-quality, individualised support within a close-knit setting. The Opportunity We are currently seeking passionate and motivated Early Childhood Educators who have a strong interest in child development and Positive Behaviour Support.
