Stellar Assist is seeking a passionate, values-driven and experienced individual to join the team as a contractor NDIS Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach; Stellar Assist only provides Support Coordination and Social Work and as is a leading provider of ethically-driven quality coordination services across Adelaide and regional SA areas. We have a dedicated quality and compliance team as well as a user-friendly QMS to support you. This role will encompass servicing NDIS participants across greater Adelaide with the majority of work undertaken from your home office. The ideal candidate will: - have minimum 2 years experience in Support Coordination plus relevant qualifications and considerable experience within other systems - have exceptional written and verbal communication - be solution-focused and possess strong organisational and problem-solving abilities - have extensive case management experience Given the contractor arrangement, this role offers significant flexibility and autonomy and an attractive rate. Superannuation is paid additionally.
