Canberra Health Services (CHS) is seeking a motivated, forward‑thinking pharmacist with a strong interest in geriatrics to join our Accredited Geriatric Medicine Registrar Training Pharmacist Program at the Canberra Hospital — a program endorsed by Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha) and delivered across the Canberra Hospital and University of Canberra Hospital. This is an onsite two‑year full time temporary training position (with potential extension or permanency), designed to build advanced clinical capability, critical reasoning, and leadership in the care of older people. You will be embedded within high‑performing multidisciplinary teams and supported by experienced mentors who are leaders in geriatric pharmacy practice. It includes working shifts outside of standard business hours and requires travel and work at multiple Canberra Health Services sites as part of the training program.
