Quest Training solutions is a well respected and well established family run organisation based in the ACT. We are looking for a passionate and friendly registered nurse trainer and assessor to work at least one day a week in a casual trainer role. Training schedules are flexible and variable to suit the applicants availability. Applicants must have relevant industry experience in aged care or community care who can deliver accredited courses here in the ACT as well as deliver non-accredited health-related specific courses that are relevant to the community services sector. Duties Quest Training Solutions Deliver training in Disability and Aged Care accredited courses Work as an effective member of the Quest team Understand and adhere to the Privacy Act principles Deliver specialised staff training in manual handling and health specific areas such as Medication, PEG Bowel and Catheter. The ideal candidate will have: An AHPRA nursing registration TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent (Must have) Recent industry experience in the Aged Care and or Disability care sector Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic Salary is very competitive commensurate with experience and qualifications.
