Reporting to the Accounts Payable & Purchasing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate delivery of end-to-end accounts payable services across multiple entities. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Processing high-volume supplier invoices, expense claims and reimbursements. Managing fortnightly and monthly payment runs, plus ad hoc payments Reconciling supplier statements Investigating and resolving supplier and internal queries Supporting broader finance administration as required About You You are organised, detail-driven and confident managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes. You are proactive in solving problems, comfortable handling large volumes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Skills / Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Accounts Payable role High-volume end-to-end AP processing experience Strong reconciliation skills ERP system experience (highly regarded) Intermediate Excel capability Strong attention to detail and analytical ability Professional communication skills Ability to effectively exercise imitative and discretion while maintaining a high level of professionalism Certificate III in Accounts Administration is preferred but not essential.
