About The Role Due to our continued growth and success, we are now seeking a motivated self-starter to join the team at Emerald branch as the Trade Assistant taking the opportunity to learn, grow and upskill to be a Conveyor Technician trainee, to assist our trade-qualified technicians with the maintenance, service, repair, and assembly of conveyor components and systems. What do we need from you? Must have a strong safety focus! Hold a current driver’s licence Previous experience in a Trade Assistant position ideally in a related industry sector, i.e. manufacturing or mining; Possess good mechanical aptitude, as well as sound communication and numerical skills Ability to work on-call and overtime. Prepared to undergo a full Preemployment Medical as well as National Police Check.
