This is a hands-on planning and coordination role focused on maintenance scoping and scheduling — not a civil engineering position. You Will Develop and maintain strong, proactive client relationships to ensure consistent workflow Scope works on-site and prepare clear, detailed scopes including timeframes and Bills of Quantities Convert and manage client SAP data into Aestec’s scheduling systems Liaise closely with client Schedulers to ensure seamless coordination Support the Manager with planning, reporting, and project coordination You’ll play a key role in ensuring our teams are set up for success every day.
