Here's what will help you thrive in this role: A relevant Certificate III qualification or active progress through a recognised nursing degree. Willingness to undertake shiftwork and manual handling as required. You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in rural health, aged care or community care settings, and/or additional training that enhances your clinical support skills.
