Casual role with flexibility — ideal for maintaining work-life balance Locations: Mandurah/Peel Join a values-driven, supportive, mobile team About the Role We're seeking passionate Support Workers for a casual role providing personal care, social and community support, and recovery-focused support to NDIS participants across Mandurah. You'll help participants achieve their goals through practical assistance, community access, emotional support, and personal care where needed. Requirement: male/female, personal care, diabetic knowledge desirable, requires support with meals and fluids. Needs assistance with insulin. Need a reliable car to take participant to dialysis appointments. You will be responsible for: Supporting participants with their NDIS goals and daily activities Providing personal care and assistance with everyday tasks Encouraging independence, confidence, and community connection Supporting participants with emotional, health, housing, and social needs Offering transport and companionship for appointments or outings What We’re Looking For Essential: Experience as a Support Worker Strong understanding of recovery-oriented practice and person-centred care Confident providing personal care and handling sensitive support needs Calm and compassionate under pressure Ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships Comfortable working with diverse backgrounds, including CALD communities Valid WA C-Class Driver’s Licence, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening Check Desirable: Training in trauma-informed care, epilepsy essentials, manual handling, Diabetes management and medication administration Why Join Auxilium?
