We are seeking experienced and committed Support Workers to join our small, dedicated teams located north of the river. The successful candidates will have experience supporting individuals living with psychosocial disability, including schizophrenia, and those who may display complex or challenging behaviours. You will work within a rotating roster to ensure consistent, high-quality support for participants in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred, high-quality support to individuals living with psychosocial disability and complex support needs. Assist participants with activities of daily living, including personal care, medication support (within scope), and community access. Implement and follow individualised care plans and behaviour support plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of participant progress and any incidents. Contribute to a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. About You Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with complex mental health and behavioural support needs, ideally within a SIL setting. Sound understanding of mental health recovery principles and behaviour support strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Reliable, consistent, and committed to providing high-quality care.
