What you will do as the Assistant Director, Networks Data Management The Assistant Director In The Data Team Will Work Across The Network Regulation Division To Drive Improvements In The Quality Of Data Assets. As The Assistant Director, Networks Data Management You Will Lead a small team responsible for managing the collection, use and storage of information associated with the AER's regulatory responsibility and lead initiatives to improve AER data management workflows. Contribute to the planning and management of concurrent projects. Engage with stakeholders on technical and regulatory matters, guiding the development of new regulatory information sheets. Work in a geographically dispersed environment and build capability by providing team members with clear direction and support. About You In order to succeed in the role, you will have: Demonstrated experience leading a team or similar role in a fast-paced and large complex people-centred organisation. Demonstrated experience with stakeholder engagement with the ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes. A well developed understanding, or ability to quickly acquire an understanding of Australian energy markets and the role, purpose and objectives of the AER. Tertiary qualifications in law, public policy, economics, corporate finance, engineering or related fields with at least 5 years post-qualifications experience.
