An opportunity is available for an experienced Despatch Officer to join a well-established, multi-national manufacturing business based in Kilsyth. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of goods across local, interstate and international customers. Working within a busy warehouse environment, you will coordinate outbound freight, manage dispatch documentation, and liaise closely with Customer Service, Production, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure service and compliance standards are met. About the Role: Coordinate daily dispatch of finished goods from the warehouse Process orders using warehouse and ERP systems Prepare consignment notes, delivery documentation and dangerous goods paperwork Arrange daily freight bookings including pallet counts, weights and DG requirements Liaise with internal departments regarding delivery and pickup requirements Monitor shipments, provide ETAs and PODs, and resolve delivery issues Manage returns, backorders, stock adjustments and mispicks Run and action EDI, backorder and reporting requirements Participate in stocktakes and cycle counts Maintain a clean, safe and organised dispatch area About You: Minimum 2 years’ experience in dispatch, warehousing or manufacturing Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems Confident with Excel, Outlook and general computer systems Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving approach Click APPLY NOW to get your resume in to be considered for this role.
