We are now seeking an experienced and capable Site Manager to lead our well-established Silvan facility. Dogdayz Silvan is a busy, established site with a loyal client base, an experienced team and proven systems. This role suits a confident leader who enjoys managing people, maintaining high standards and building a growing business. About the Role You will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the Silvan site, including: Day-to-day management of boarding and daycare operations Staff leadership, training, rostering and performance management Maintaining high standards of animal care, safety and hygiene Client communication and service delivery Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Managing workflows, resources and site efficiency Supporting business growth and maintaining a positive team culture Driving site performance, controlling costs and improving profitability This is a full-time role with on-call responsibilities as required. Staff working hours are typically 7:30am – 5:00pm , with additional time expected as part of management responsibilities (first in, last out). Annual leave must be taken during non-peak periods, as school holidays are the busiest times for our industry. Required Attributes Proven leadership and management experience (animal care, hospitality, operations or similar) Physically fit for an active, hands-on role Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills Managing established systems while improving processes Ability to build and maintain a positive workplace culture Sales ability and entrepreneurial flair Animal-handling experience (professional or otherwise) and confident in managing animal behaviours.
