We have Full time and / or Part time positions available, with shifts across weekends and weekdays. Key Responsibilities Ability to actively patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and property Providing a professional and courteous customer service experience Adhering to all relevant security protocols and procedures Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support. Assess and respond to situations of risk. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need A valid Security Licence with crowd control module Valid First Aid and CPR certification Previous experience in a retail environment (highly regarded) Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shifts A good level of physical fitness - foot patrols, active movement and provision of First Aid. Reliable transportation (preferred). The ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail Strong communication and presence are key.
