About the Opportunity: We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our Job Site Specialist team to cover Sydney's Southern Region. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service to end users by providing solution-based selling. You'll be responsible for maintaining relationships, offering support, and delivering value-driven experiences that meet the unique needs of our customers on the job site. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-user conversion to Milwaukee and grow market share across all product categories within your territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and authorised distributors to maximise value and collaboration. Identify and act on new business opportunities with both existing and prospective users. Maintain accurate records and insights in Salesforce CRM to support performance tracking and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities. Embrace ongoing learning, contribute to team culture, and actively participate in professional development. About you: Trade, Field Sales or End User Sales experience. Minimum 1 Year direct selling experience (desired). Experienced with using CRM software (desired). Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.
