The opportunity This is a high‑impact opportunity to project manage a major People & Culture HCM transformation from end to end, delivering a system that will shape how employees and leaders experience work across the organisation. As our Project Manager, you’ll own the delivery of this critical program, working at the intersection of People & Culture, Digital & Technology and the business to ensure successful implementation, strong adoption and sustainable change. In this pivotal role, you will: Project manage the end‑to‑end delivery of a major People & Culture system implementation Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies Provide clear, regular reporting to sponsors, governance forums and senior stakeholders Build strong relationships across the business Lead and support project resources, including a Business Analyst Partner with change and P&C teams to support training, go‑live and adoption activities Ensure strong governance, documentation and smooth transition into business‑as‑usual Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share lessons learned. What You’ll Bring You’re a confident, pragmatic Project Manager with strong delivery discipline and people skills Proven experience delivering complex enterprise transformation or system implementation projects Experience leading HCM, HR, payroll or People & Culture initiatives (Workday highly regarded) Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile) Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels A solutions‑focused approach in fast‑moving or ambiguous environments.
